A 50% deposit and a $75 security deposit are required at booking to reserve your rental.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before setup begins on the day of your event.

If you cancel due to weather at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be credited toward a future booking (valid for 6 months). If Elevated Party Rentals cancels for safety reasons, you’ll also receive full credit.

We provide a delivery window but cannot guarantee exact times. Please allow a 1–3 hour buffer before your event starts.

• A 120V, 20-amp outlet within 50 feet
• A hose bib within 100 feet (for water units)
• Any necessary permits and parking access
• Marked underground utilities (call 811 before your event)

High winds (15+ mph), heavy rain, or extreme weather may result in cancellation or delay. If weather becomes unsafe after setup, the equipment must be shut down and secured immediately.

• No rough play, flips, or hanging on nets
• Only one rider on slides at a time, feet first
• Do not mix small children with larger users
• Follow all posted guidelines for each unit

• Face paint, glitter, silly string
• Fireworks, sharp objects, or pets

• Tape, adhesives, or decorations on the units

A $75/hour cleaning fee may apply for excessively dirty equipment.

By renting from us, you accept full responsibility for safe use and agree to supervise all activity. You also agree to waive claims and indemnify Elevated Party Rentals LLC against any injuries, damages, or losses.

Like all active play equipment, inflatables involve risk. Hazards may include falls, collisions, deflation, allergic reactions, or property damage—even when used properly. Adult supervision and rule enforcement are essential to minimize risk.
